sea treasure
(sold)this piece toggles in front and has lots of fun old funky items....the abalone is local and I get to break these beautiful shells,drill, tumble and choose where and how to use it. Pretty special stuff. Good eating too!
September 27th...rust lust
Must say I love rusty objects...must be the color and patina..from tractors to little bitty objects I am fascinated by the colors and textures. When I can I incorporate little rusty things in my art. ( that wouldn't be the tractor obviously!) Soon I will post photos of my sea treasure collection of necklaces. They are reminiscent of what you would find beachcombing and things that remind you of salt air and beautiful big blue wild ocean waves.
